Hand made Batik at Tohpati (wax is used to protect areas to be remained in its original colour), Ubud (the painter's colony with vast range of styles and qualities),
Mas (home of fine woodcarving using local noble wood such as: Ebony, Sandal wood, teak wood, hibiscus and satin wood), Batuan (makers of dance costumes and leather shadow puppets) and Celuk (centres of silversmiths and goldsmiths with intricate traditional patterns).
